How we ranked

Video marketing software for an agent has to do three jobs: produce a listing video worth posting, keep it consistent with the agent's brand, and get it in front of buyers. Few products do all three, so we ranked on how much of that work each one actually takes off an agent's week, using only what each vendor publishes.

ListingVideosAI wrote this ranking and is ranked in it. To limit that bias, our own entry lists the jobs we leave to you, and products that cover publishing and brand work as software are placed above us. Competitor statements come from vendor pages read on October 13, 2026; statistics and ratings that vendors publish about themselves are attributed to them, not repeated as fact.

Listing-ready output

How quickly do I get a video I would put on a live listing?

Made for real estate

Does it have property templates, or am I adapting generic ones?

Brand and consistency

Can every video carry my look without rebuilding it each time?

Getting it seen

Does it host, embed or publish for me, or do I handle distribution?

Predictable cost

What will a month of listings cost, and can I buy just one?

The ranking

1.

Animoto

Best all-round video marketing tool for agents

Animoto sells itself to agents through a dedicated real estate page and a drag-and-drop editor where listing photos and key selling points become a templated video. Its real estate page lists in-app voice-over recording, 3,000+ licensed songs, stock media, auto-resize for platforms and sharing to Facebook and YouTube, and the editor can save custom templates and add a logo plus a branded intro or outro. That mix of listing-specific templates, brand controls and sharing on modest annual prices is why it leads. Logo and brand colors start on Professional at $19 a month billed annually, not on Basic.

What it offers
  • Real estate templates in a drag-and-drop editor
  • Logo, saved templates and branded intro or outro
  • Share to Facebook and YouTube; auto-resize for platforms
  • In-app voice-over recording and a licensed music library
Limits
  • You still assemble each video yourself
  • Logo and brand colors need the Professional plan
  • Animoto's headline inquiry statistics are its own vendor claims

Price: Basic $9/month billed annually; Professional $19/month billed annually; Professional Plus $39/month billed annually (as of October 2026) (checked 2026-10-13)

2.

Promo.com

Best for publishing many formats straight to social

Promo.com has a real estate section with hundreds of templates for listings, open houses, market updates, testimonials, luxury homes and YouTube, each labelled square, vertical or wide. You add your own photos, video and audio, plus logos and an agent headshot. On the Standard plan its comparison table lists 1080p export, wide, square and vertical formats, no watermark and direct publishing to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and X. It ranks second because the publishing reach is the broadest here, but there is no way to pay for a single video, and downloading at all needs a paid plan.

What it offers
  • Hundreds of real estate templates across listing and agent marketing
  • Wide, square and vertical formats on Standard
  • Direct publishing to five social networks on Standard
  • Logos, watermarks and agent headshot can be added
Limits
  • Downloading requires a paid subscription
  • No single-video purchase, per its pricing FAQ
  • Standard is $59 per month per user billed yearly

Price: Annual Basic $29/month/user billed yearly; Annual Standard $59/month/user billed yearly (as of October 2026) (checked 2026-10-13)

3.

ListingVideosAI

Best when you want the listing video finished, not another tool

ListingVideosAI is not a marketing suite. It sells the piece most agents keep postponing: a finished property marketing video made from the listing photos you already have. You create a listing in the web app, upload up to 20 JPEG, PNG or WebP photos, confirm the listing, and review the finished video 24 to 72 hours after you send the listing. The photos become a considered sequence with restrained motion, so the property reads as one story. It ranks third because it removes the editing work entirely, while the tools above it also cover publishing and brand controls that it does not offer as software.

What it offers
  • A finished listing video, not a template or a timeline
  • Up to 20 listing photos per property, no filming needed
  • One video without a subscription, or monthly plans whose unused credits roll over
  • You review the finished video before it goes into your marketing
Limits
  • Not a publishing, hosting or scheduling tool: you use the finished video in your own channels
  • Made from still photos only; video clips are not accepted
  • Slower than editing it yourself tonight: 24 to 72 hours after you send the listing
  • For a specific format or platform requirement, contact support@listingvideosai.com before ordering

Price: $15 one-time for one listing video; Starter $29 per month, 3 listing videos (checked 2026-10-13)

4.

Vimeo

Best for hosting listing videos on your own site

Vimeo is a video hosting platform whose paid plans bundle a browser video maker with templates, trimming and timeline editing. The Standard plan adds player branding, a custom watermark, stock media, a brand kit, custom intros and outros and an AI script generator. Vimeo says it never puts ads on videos, even on the Free plan, and lists 4K and HDR support on all plans. It sits fourth because hosting and embedding are its strength, while its video maker templates name marketing, social and e-commerce categories and do not mention real estate.

What it offers
  • Ad-free hosting and embedding, per its FAQ
  • Video maker with templates and timeline editing on paid plans
  • Brand kit and custom intros and outros on Standard
  • Browser editor plus iOS and Android apps
Limits
  • Real estate is not among its named template categories
  • Branding tools start on Standard at $25 per seat a month billed annually
  • Priced per seat, which adds up for a team

Price: Starter $12 per seat/month billed annually; Standard $25 per seat/month billed annually (as of October 2026) (checked 2026-10-13)

5.

Biteable

Best for keeping every video on brand

Biteable has a real estate use-case page with templates for open house promos, sold listings and seller recruitment, which it says were created with realtors in mind. Its standout is brand automation: give it your website address and it fetches your brand, then applies colors, fonts and logos to each video. Finished videos can go out by link, email or social, or be downloaded to embed on your website. It ranks fifth because it has no free plan, only a seven-day trial, and the Pro plan allows one brand profile.

What it offers
  • Real estate templates for open houses, sold listings and seller recruitment
  • Brand import from your website address
  • Share by link, email or social, or download to embed
  • Unlimited HD exports on Pro
Limits
  • No free plan mentioned; a 7-day trial instead
  • One user and one brand profile on Pro
  • Collaboration features sit in Premium at $49/month billed yearly

Price: Pro $15/month billed yearly ($180/year) or $29/month billed monthly (as of October 2026) (checked 2026-10-13)

6.

invideo

Best template library for agent marketing beyond listings

invideo's real estate marketing page offers 6000+ ready-made templates, text-to-speech or recorded voiceover, a royalty-free audio library, branding elements, lower thirds and calls to action. Its template FAQ says the real estate set covers property tours, agent introductions and neighborhood overviews, for commercial and residential property. Its pages say videos export without a watermark, including on the free plan. It ranks sixth because the plans are built around credits for its AI generators, which makes monthly cost harder to predict than a flat editor, and the editing is still yours.

What it offers
  • Large real estate template set, including agent introductions and neighborhood videos
  • Voiceover recording or text-to-speech
  • Exports without a watermark, per its real estate page
  • Your own footage and 4K export from Starter up
Limits
  • Plans are credit-based, so heavy generator use costs more
  • You replace template media and edit each video yourself
  • invideo's customer counts and ratings are its own vendor claims

Price: Starter $10/seat/mo billed annually; Plus $30/seat/mo billed annually (as of October 2026) (checked 2026-10-13)

7.

WeVideo

Best low-cost general editor

WeVideo is a browser-based cloud editor with mobile apps for iOS and Android, where you assemble your own clips, photos and audio. Its Power plan is $4.99 a month billed annually for 30 minutes of publishing time at 720p, and Unlimited at $7.99 a month billed annually removes the publishing cap and adds 4K. It is the cheapest paid editor on this page, but we found no real estate features on its pages, so it ranks last for an agent who wants marketing help rather than a blank editor.

What it offers
  • Browser editor plus iOS, Android, Chromebook and Windows apps
  • Unlimited publishing time and 4K on Unlimited
  • Low annual prices for a paid editor
Limits
  • No real estate templates or features found on its pages
  • Power plan publishing is capped at 30 minutes a month at 720p
  • Whether each plan removes the WeVideo watermark did not render on its pricing page

Price: Power $4.99/mo billed annually; Unlimited $7.99/mo billed annually (as of October 2026) (checked 2026-10-13)

Considered, not ranked

  • Canva: A general design platform with real estate video templates; it is ranked on our free and templates pages instead of here.
  • HeyGen: An AI avatar video platform whose real estate product centres on avatar-narrated market updates and tours, a different job from listing video marketing software.
  • Captions: An AI video editor for talking video and captions; its property video maker is one tool inside a broader app, with no annual prices shown.

How to choose video marketing software

Decide which job is actually stuck

If videos never get made, a better publishing tool will not help; the edit is the bottleneck. If videos get made but look different every time, brand tools matter most. If they look right but nobody sees them, hosting and publishing are the gap. Buy for the stuck job.

Price a month, not a plan

Count the listings you launch in a normal month and the posts you want around each one. A low annual price can still be the wrong fit if downloads need a higher tier, and per-seat pricing grows quickly when a whole team joins.

Ask whether you can buy just one

Some tools have no single-video option at all; Promo.com says so in its pricing FAQ. If your listings are irregular, a product that sells one video at a time avoids paying for months you do not use.

Check brand rules before you design

Many MLS systems and brokerages have rules about branding on listing media. Read yours before you build a branded intro into every video, and keep a plain version in mind for the listing feed.

Keep the property in focus

Effects, stock clips and long intros can crowd out the home itself. Whatever tool you choose, review each video as a buyer would and cut anything that does not help them understand the property.

Questions about real estate video marketing software

What is the best real estate video marketing software?

For most agents, Animoto. It pairs real estate templates with a logo and branded intro or outro on its Professional plan and shares to Facebook and YouTube, from $9 a month billed annually on Basic as of October 2026.

Which tool publishes straight to social media?

Promo.com lists direct publishing to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and X on its Standard plan, along with wide, square and vertical formats.

Where does ListingVideosAI fit next to these tools?

Alongside them, not instead of them. It sells a finished listing video made from up to 20 of your listing photos, which you review and then use in your own marketing. It does not replace a hosting or publishing tool.

What does ListingVideosAI cost compared with these tools?

One listing video is $15 one-time for one listing video, with no subscription needed. The tools above are subscriptions you edit in yourself; their listed prices are in the table.

Which option is best for hosting video on my website?

Vimeo, because hosting is its core product. Its FAQ says it never puts ads on videos, even on the Free plan, and it supports embedding.

Do I need a tool with real estate templates?

It saves time. Animoto, Promo.com, Biteable and invideo all publish real estate template pages. Vimeo and WeVideo are general tools, so you would adapt their templates to a property.

Can my whole team use one account?

It depends on the plan. Vimeo and invideo price per seat, Animoto Professional Plus includes 3 users and Biteable Premium includes 3 users. Check the seat count before you buy for a team.

How current are these prices?

Every price on this page was read from the vendor's own page on October 13, 2026. They are due for a recheck by November 13, 2026.
